Article 11 (Use of High Efficiency Energy Equipment) ⑤

Public institutions should install ESS with contract power more than 5% in contracted power, buildings over 1,000kW.
However, rental buildings, power generation facilities, electricity supply facilities, gas supply facilities, oil stockpile facilities, water supply and sewage facilities, and rainwater pumping stations are excluded.

Article 11 (Use of High Efficiency Energy Equipment) ⑥

The public authority will preferentially apply the ESS as an emergency standby power source when tightening or expanding.

Supplementary Provisions Article 2 (Interim Measures)

③ In relation to Article 11 (5), new buildings shall be applied from January 1, 2017 (as of the date of application for building permits), and existing buildings shall be as follows.
